Dubai Crocodile Park is an immersive wildlife experience located next to Mushrif Park, offering a rare opportunity to get up close with one of nature’s most powerful reptiles—the Nile crocodile. Spread over 20,000 square meters, the park is home to more than 250 crocodiles, including massive adults that grow up to 6 meters long and weigh over 750 kilograms. The park recreates a natural African wetland environment with lush landscapes, flowing rivers, waterfalls, islands, and sandbanks, giving the crocodiles a comfortable and authentic habitat. Visitors can walk along shaded pathways and observe these ancient reptiles swimming, sunbathing, and interacting in their specially designed enclosures. Dubai Crocodile Park also features a Natural History Museum and aquarium, where guests can learn about the evolution, biology, and significance of crocodiles through interactive exhibits, fossils, and 3D models. The museum includes real crocodile skeletons, ancient fossils, and detailed displays that highlight the link between crocodiles and the age of dinosaurs. Families and children especially enjoy the baby crocodile encounters, held daily at 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM, as well as feeding shows on Thursdays and weekends around 6:00 PM. For those wanting a full-day experience, the park offers the Okavango Room—an African-themed café and terrace, souvenir shops, and educational programs designed for schools and tour groups.
