• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and void if altered and tickets.
• Please enter via the attraction main entrance.
• Enter the pre-booked ticket line and present all e-tickets either printed or on a mobile device, with the ability to be scanned.
• At peak periods some queues are to still be anticipated however to keep these to a minimum, please only arrive up to 15 minutes prior to your chosen entry time.
• That Merlin reasonably suspects have been transferred or altered will not be honored.
