You can request deletion of your Dunes to Downtown account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This applies to both our website and our mobile app, "Dunes to Downtown".
How to request deletion
- Send an email from your registered email address to [email protected] with the subject "Account & Data Deletion Request".
- Include your full name and the email/phone number linked to your account so we can verify your identity.
- We will verify the request and permanently delete your account and personal data.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, phone number).
- Your saved preferences and marketing/notification settings.
- Your push-notification token and device association.
- Personal data linked to your account that is not legally required to be kept.
What may be retained
We may retain a limited amount of information where required by law — for example, booking and payment/transaction records for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes. Such records are kept only for the period required by applicable law and are then deleted or anonymised.
How long it takes
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Once complete, your account can no longer be accessed, and you will receive a confirmation at your registered email address.
